Strollers for two babies?

In April I’m expecting my second child. I was wondering about stroller options.
My sister and I are 13 months apart and my mom just put her in the bottom of the stroller while I was in the top. She only did this while my sister was very young and couldn’t move around.
I have a huge running stroller with a large bottom with supportive sides that would protect the baby from falling out. Is that option crazy? Or is there a cheap way to buy a double stroller that isn’t a pain in the butt? We can’t afford anything pricey since I’m a stay-at-home mom and my husband is going to school. I could also carry the baby, but if there’s another option I would love to hear it

I love slings! You should also check out second-hand stores. I got a side-by-side double stroller for $45. It is older, but a higher-quality brand so it works well.
